Disgruntled Detroit Red Wings center has been suspended awaiting a trade…

Detroit Red Wings center Dylan Larkin is unlikely to include the Buffalo Sabres on his list of preferred trade destinations, according to TSN insider Darren Dreger. Sabres general manager Jarmo Kekalainen reportedly approached Detroit to acquire the disgruntled forward to boost Buffalo's scoring depth, but Larkin is unwilling to approve a move there.
Larkin, who requested a trade after the season and was subsequently suspended while awaiting a deal, holds no-trade protection. Although agent Pat Brisson has considered modifying Larkin's 10-team trade list, Dreger reports Larkin will not add teams he does not wish to play for, despite Buffalo having attractive young trade assets.
