Toronto Maple Leafs head coach Jim Hiller praised goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky's performance despite the team's 3-2 home loss to the Utah Mammoth. Bobrovsky stopped 33 of 36 shots in the contest, which marked Toronto's seventh regulation defeat of the 2026-27 season. Daily Faceoff insider Zack Phillips criticized the Maple Leafs for wasting Bobrovsky's strong play, claiming the scoreline would have been far worse without his efforts in net.
