Manchester United lost 2-0 to Chelsea, extending their winless run to nine games, with Bruno Fernandes struggling to inspire the team.

Manchester United fell to a 2-0 Premier League defeat against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday, extending their winless streak to nine matches across all competitions. Bruno Fernandes returned to the starting lineup under Michael Carrick but struggled significantly, failing to register a shot on target and losing possession 30 times.
Chelsea opened the scoring through Morgan Rogers in the 50th minute before Lisandro Martinez was sent off for United after picking up two quick yellow cards. Cole Palmer subsequently converted the resulting penalty, leaving ten-man United unable to mount a comeback.
