Three days after sustaining a neck injury during Detroit’s victory over Minnesota, Lions linebacker Jack Campbell said he has full movement in his lower body and is making progress elsewhere.

Detroit Lions linebacker Jack Campbell announced on Wednesday that he has full movement in his lower body and is making progress with his upper body following a serious neck injury. The update came three days after Campbell was carted off the field on a backboard during Detroit's 19-15 victory against the Minnesota Vikings at Ford Field.
Campbell expressed deep gratitude to the on-field medical personnel, the Detroit Lions training staff, and the medical team at Henry Ford Hospital for their care. Lions head coach Dan Campbell called the positive update powerful and encouraging as the linebacker continues his recovery.
