Newcastle United are reportedly eager to sign defender Valentino Livramento to a new contract despite ongoing fitness struggles. The 23-year-old England international, whose existing contract runs until the summer of 2028, remains viewed by the Magpies as an integral part of their long-term plans at St. James' Park.
Livramento has been limited to just two Premier League appearances this season due to a recent knee injury, after starting only 14 league matches the previous campaign. Despite past interest from Manchester City and reported admiration from Barcelona, Newcastle remain determined to secure a contract extension with the versatile full-back.
