Kyle Larson and his team can taste the title, but they're still trusting their plan as they race into Homestead.

Kyle Larson enters the season finale at Homestead-Miami Speedway holding a substantial championship lead over Christopher Bell and Denny Hamlin. Despite holding a 67-point advantage and only needing a solid finish to secure the title, Larson and Hendrick Motorsports crew chief Cliff Daniels insist they will not run conservatively. Daniels emphasized that the team will prepare an aggressive setup tailored to Larson's high-line, full-throttle driving style rather than trying to protect their margin.
Larson placed ninth in the preceding race at Martinsville, where teammate William Byron took the victory to snap a winless streak. Hendrick Motorsports president Jeff Andrews affirmed that Larson will drive at maximum effort to finish the season. Elsewhere, Justin Allgaier holds a 22-point advantage in the O'Reilly Series standings, while Kaden Honeycutt maintains a 20-point edge over Layne Riggs in the truck series heading into the final weekend.
