Pat Murphy has a World Series ring and one regret from the celebration that came with it.

Milwaukee Brewers manager Pat Murphy expressed regret for comments perceived as calling the New York Yankees selfish during the team's World Series celebration. Speaking on the New York Post's "The Show with Joel Sherman and Jon Heyman," Murphy explained that his remarks were part of behind-the-scenes humor with pending free agent Jake Bauers, rather than a direct shot at New York.
Murphy clarified he immediately contacted Yankees general manager Brian Cashman to apologize after video of the exchange circulated following Milwaukee's 4-1 win over the Tampa Bay Rays on October 28. Murphy stated he was broadly describing clubs with high-paid rosters rather than specifically targeting the Yankees.
