Loïc Badé has credited former Sevilla sporting director Monchi for helping him escape a difficult spell at Nottingham Forest. The French defender joined the Premier League side on loan from Stade Rennais in September 2022 but failed to make a single appearance under manager Steve Cooper, leading Badé to question his abilities before leaving the club.
