Ipswich Town manager Gary O'Neil has identified mental strength, organization, and resilience as his team's biggest strengths this season. The Premier League side leads the competition in goals scored in the 90th minute or later, netting late against Sunderland, Manchester United, Crystal Palace, Fulham, and Manchester City. The Blues have also collected eight points from losing positions.
O'Neil emphasized that togetherness must set Ipswich apart from rivals who can also spend money and recruit athleticism. He also praised captain Dara O'Shea for leading the squad effectively and maintaining high standards in his second season wearing the armband.
