Philadelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni addressed the status of quarterback Jalen Hurts ahead of Wednesday's practice before facing the New York Giants. Sirianni stated that he is in constant communication with Hurts, who is resting and recovering, though he offered no new medical updates on his condition.
Hurts was placed on injured reserve following a diagnosis of blood clots after the team's London trip and is expected to miss the remainder of the season. Tanner McKee has started in his place as the Eagles have dropped three consecutive games to fall behind entering Week 9.
