“Some Of His Best Rugby” – Argentina Coach Contepomi Offers Glowing Verdict On Ciarán Frawley

Argentina head coach Felipe Contepomi delivered high praise for Ireland utility back Ciarán Frawley ahead of their upcoming clash at Aviva Stadium. Contepomi noted that his former Leinster disciple has matured and is currently playing some of the best rugby of his career since moving to Connacht. Frawley has been named on the bench for Ireland's opening home Nations Championship fixture on Friday.

The upcoming match marks a major test for Argentina, who are aiming to secure their first-ever away victory over Ireland on Irish soil. Contepomi previously coached Frawley during his tenure as Leinster's backs coach and highlighted the 28-year-old's impressive versatility across multiple positions.
