Rookies Kingston Flemings, Zuby Ejiofor making early statements for the Hawks

Atlanta Hawks rookies Kingston Flemings and Zuby Ejiofor have delivered impactful performances early in the season, highlighted by their contributions in a 120-105 victory over the Washington Wizards. Flemings, selected eighth overall, started the contest and posted 14 points and four assists. Meanwhile, Ejiofor, a late first-round draft pick, provided a spark off the bench by contributing 11 points, three rebounds, two assists, and two steals across 17 minutes.

SportsTalk ATL highlights Flemings' offensive efficiency, noting he shoots over 50 percent from the field and nearly 50 percent from three-point range while averaging nearly five assists. The outlet argues that Ejiofor's relentless energy, rebounding, and defensive presence should earn him consistent minutes in the Hawks' regular rotation as the season progresses.
