Matthias Jaissle’s strong response to Newcastle United dressing-room talk

Newcastle United head coach Matthias Jaissle has dismissed reports of a growing divide between himself and his squad, emphasizing that he maintains an open-door policy regarding tactical discussions. Media reports had suggested several players were confused about his instructions following Monday's home defeat against Everton, where Jaissle openly criticized his team for failing to execute tactical plans.

Jaissle explained that fluctuating performances are natural given the youth and lack of experience among summer signings. While acknowledging inconsistent displays across matches this season, he insisted the squad remains fully committed and confident in their relationship ahead of Saturday's match against Fulham at Craven Cottage.
