Golden Boy 2026 Power Rankings

Ryan Kelly of GiveMeSport ranked the contenders for the prestigious 2026 Golden Boy award, which honors the top young European player under age 21. Following previous recipient Desire Doue, eligible candidates must play in Europe, cannot turn 21 in 2026, and cannot have won the honor before.

The partial power rankings listed players across Europe, placing Porto midfielder Victor Froholdt at number six, Arsenal versatile talent Myles Lewis-Skelly at seven, and Bournemouth forward Rayan at eight. Other ranked contenders included Chelsea's Jorrel Hato and Estevao, Bayern Munich's Lennart Karl, Real Madrid striker Endrick, Bournemouth's Eli Junior Kroupi, Benfica's Gianluca Prestianni, and Borussia Dortmund's Konstantinos Karetsas.
