Man Utd teenager JJ Gabriel is closing in on an exit from the club after requesting to leave in September.

Ryan Giggs advised Manchester United teenager JJ Gabriel to remain patient and questioned his camp's decision to pursue an exit from the club. Speaking on Rio Ferdinand's YouTube channel, Giggs noted that Gabriel was on the right path and warned that young players must bide their time rather than disrupt their early development.
Gabriel requested deregistration in September over alleged broken promises after United planned his senior debut against Brighton. The 16-year-old has ceased training at Carrington and is now closing in on a transfer to Real Madrid, subject to FIFA clearance.
