Derby County have a big decision to make regarding their managerial situation amid their poor run of form.

Derby County could reportedly turn to Steve Cooper as a potential replacement for head coach John Eustace, according to Football Insider. Preliminary talks have reportedly taken place with the 46-year-old manager, who has been unattached since leaving Danish club Brondby in May. Eustace is under mounting pressure after guiding the Rams to just one victory across their opening 14 Championship fixtures this season.
Derby County currently sit 23rd in the Championship table, seven points adrift of safety following a recent 4-0 home defeat against Norwich City. Writer Harry Mail argues that Eustace faces a must-win fixture against Bolton Wanderers, suggesting Cooper would represent a strong alternative despite his past ties to rivals Nottingham Forest.
