Borussia Dortmund head coach Niko Kovač has praised Jobe Bellingham following the midfielder's first senior England call-up. The 21-year-old was selected for upcoming UEFA Nations League fixtures against Croatia and Spain, granting him the opportunity to play alongside his older brother, Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham.

Speaking at a press conference, Kovač stated that Bellingham truly deserved the selection due to tremendous progress, hard work, and patience. Bellingham joined Dortmund from Sunderland in the summer of 2025 and has made 14 appearances this season.
