The Pacers might be in for another season from hell.

Oliver Fox of SB Nation argues that the Indiana Pacers are facing a harsh reality regarding the fragility of NBA success following a sustained stretch of severe injury problems. The team recently endured a five-game losing streak and hit a critical point against the Atlanta Hawks on November 2, where they suited up only six fully available players in a narrow 108-104 loss.
Despite the setbacks, Indiana managed to snap the skid with a 107-103 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies behind key contributions from Aaron Nesmith and Pascal Siakam. However, Fox emphasizes that mounting injuries to key contributors like Tyrese Haliburton and Ivica Zubac continue to expose roster depth vulnerabilities that cannot simply be dismissed as temporary bad luck.
