One by one, the San Francisco 49ers are working their way back to health.

The San Francisco 49ers received mixed injury news on Thursday as running back Christian McCaffrey returned to practice following a hamstring injury. McCaffrey appears to be gearing up to play Sunday against the Raiders, joining defensive lineman Nick Bosa, who also returned to drills this week after dealing with a calf issue.
However, wide receivers Mike Evans and Deebo Samuel both missed practice for the second straight day. Samuel continues to recover from a severe hamstring strain, while general manager John Lynch indicated that Evans is unlikely to play Sunday as the team cautiously manages his Achilles tendinitis.
