Carrick: Not impossible Man Utd can achieve Ferguson success again

Manchester United manager Michael Carrick stated it is possible for the club to replicate the success achieved under Sir Alex Ferguson, marking the 40th anniversary of Ferguson's appointment on November 6, 1986. Carrick emphasized that reaching sustained success requires consistency, patience, and incremental progress rather than quick fixes, while acknowledging modern managers may not receive the same time Ferguson was granted.

The comments come amid ongoing scrutiny for Carrick, whose team recently ended a nine-game winless run with a 3-2 victory over Roma ahead of their upcoming Premier League fixture against Aston Villa. Carrick also noted that his personal relationship with Ferguson has grown closer since his playing days.
