Juventus CEO Giovanni Carnevali addressed the club's shareholders' meeting at Allianz Stadium on Tuesday, emphasizing the need to rebuild a stronger Italian identity and foster young talent. Carnevali outlined his long-term strategy alongside Massara and Ottolini, highlighting plans for youth development and a revamped scouting department while urging supporters to stay united behind the team during challenging periods.
Carnevali also cautioned that compliance with UEFA's Financial Fair Play regulations means rebuilding the club into a consistent contender will take time. Juventus currently sit seventh in Serie A with 17 points from ten matches under head coach Luciano Spalletti, following a recent 2-0 league victory against Napoli.
