National anthem singer Jason Brock had a strong reaction to Golden State Warriors players appearing to laugh as he waved a Pride flag.
National anthem singer Jason Brock responded with the one-word question "Really?" after a video went viral appearing to show Golden State Warriors players laughing during his performance. Brock performed the anthem while waving a Pride flag ahead of the Warriors' 120-100 victory over the Miami Heat at Chase Center on Thursday night.
During the broadcast, Warriors guard De'Anthony Melton and forward Charles Bassey were shown smiling and seemingly holding back laughter. Brock addressed the viral clip on social media, clarifying that while he questioned the reaction, the players' laughter was not necessarily directed at his anthem performance.
