"Wonderboy," a longtime UFC welterweight contender and two-time title challenger, is preparing to call it a career.
Former UFC title challenger Stephen "Wonderboy" Thompson has confirmed that his upcoming bout at UFC 334 will be the final fight of his professional mixed martial arts career. Thompson is scheduled to face Charles Radtke in the featured preliminary bout at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
The matchup marks the end of an octagon career that spans nearly 15 years for the veteran welterweight contender. Thompson cited Madison Square Garden as a fitting venue to officially conclude his run in the UFC.
