The Los Angeles Rams are expected to activate superstar pass rusher Myles Garrett from injured reserve for Week 9.

Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay announced that the team expects to activate star linebacker Myles Garrett from injured reserve ahead of their Week 9 matchup against the Washington Commanders, barring any setbacks. Garrett has been sidelined since suffering a knee injury in Week 1 that required arthroscopic surgery.
Garrett was acquired by the Rams from the Cleveland Browns in June in exchange for Jared Verse and three future draft picks. His return comes as Los Angeles sits at 4-4, while cornerback Jaylen Watson was placed on season-ending injured reserve due to a shoulder injury.
