Is Taylor Swift a Knicks fan? The team settles the debate

The New York Knicks issued a statement defending Taylor Swift's fandom after guards Tyler Kolek and Miles McBride questioned her authenticity. In an NBA 2K League video, Kolek called Swift's courtside presence "a little performative," with McBride agreeing. In response, the organization told TMZ that Swift has supported the franchise for many years and that they are incredibly appreciative of her backing.

Swift has attended games at Madison Square Garden dating back to 2014. Her most recent appearance came on June 10, when the Knicks completed a 29-point comeback to defeat the San Antonio Spurs 107-106 in Game 4 of the NBA Finals, before later hosting her wedding to Travis Kelce at the venue in July.
