Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has confirmed that defender Ezri Konsa is fit ahead of Saturday's Premier League match against Hull City at the Emirates Stadium. The 29-year-old was substituted as a precaution due to a knee knock during Arsenal's 2-1 Champions League victory over Slavia Prague, but Arteta confirmed the center-back has recovered and is feeling much better.
Konsa is poised to start in central defense alongside Gabriel Magalhaes, having originally joined Arsenal from Aston Villa for an initial £55 million fee. Meanwhile, fellow defender William Saliba has returned to full training following a lengthy back injury, with the Frenchman potentially making an appearance from the bench against Hull.
