Los Angeles Dodgers pitchers Blake Snell and Emmet Sheehan joined the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation on Thursday to break ground on two new Dodgers Dreamfields at Charles S. Farnsworth Park in Altadena. The ceremony included team broadcaster José Mota, foundation CEO Nichol McKenzie-Whiteman, and county officials celebrating the $1.4 million restoration project.
The 15-acre park suffered severe damage during the 2025 Eaton Fire. The new facilities, designated as Dreamfields 69 and 70, will feature improved playing surfaces, new irrigation, solar-powered hexagonal scoreboards, and an interactive STEM Trail for local youth.
