Gold (Glove) carpet rolls out for Mattingly, Turang, Winfield at MLB NYC flagship store

Rawlings hosted a Gold Glove-themed meet-and-greet on Thursday at the MLB flagship store in New York City. The event featured World Series champion Brice Turang of the Milwaukee Brewers, Philadelphia Phillies manager Don Mattingly, and Hall of Famer Dave Winfield, along with surprise guest Steve Garvey. Together, the four players represent 22 career Gold Glove Awards.

The luminaries signed autographs and met fans ahead of Friday's Rawlings Gold Glove banquet at The Plaza Hotel. Turang, who also recently appeared on Saturday Night Live following Milwaukee's championship victory, discussed defensive focus with Mattingly, while attendees purchased commemorative gloves and met the players on a gold carpet.
