Superstar edge rusher Myles Garrett is “on track” to return off injured reserve and play against the Commanders in Week 9, per a Friday report by NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo. That’s bad news for Washington if Garrett…

Los Angeles Rams edge rusher Myles Garrett is reportedly on track to return from injured reserve for Sunday's Week 9 game against the Washington Commanders. The news was reported on Friday by NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo. Garrett returned to practice this week after being sidelined following arthroscopic knee surgery.
Garrett missed most of training camp with the knee ailment, played in the regular-season opener, and was then placed on injured reserve. Commanders head coach Dan Quinn praised Garrett's explosiveness during a Friday press conference, noting that his team will need a complete effort to slow down the star pass rusher.
