Quenton Nelson's Seahawks tenure has already gone off to a bumpy start.

Seattle Seahawks guard Quenton Nelson is set to undergo a minor knee procedure just over a week after being acquired from the Indianapolis Colts. Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald announced Friday that the 30-year-old is considered week-to-week and will miss Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals. According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, the surgery aims to clean out cartilage in Nelson's knee.
Macdonald explained that Nelson arrived from Indianapolis with knee discomfort that worsened after his first game with Seattle. Despite the setback, the Seahawks do not plan to place the eight-time Pro Bowler on injured reserve. Nelson had been acquired on Oct. 27 in exchange for a 2027 third-round draft pick and a 2028 fifth-round pick.
