MLB announced that the Toronto Blue Jays have won the 2026 American League Team Gold Glove Award. Despite missing the postseason, Toronto earned the honor as the best defensive team in the American League, marking the franchise's third win in the past four seasons.
Although the team secured the collective honor, individual Blue Jays players were shut out of awards after going 0-5 among finalists. Brandon Valenzuela, Vladimir Guerrero Jr., Andres Gimenez, Nathan Lukes, and Jose Soriano were all finalists, with all five under contract for 2027.
