Cleveland Guardians infield prospect Welbyn Francisca is drawing comparisons to franchise star Jose Ramirez. The 20-year-old Dominican switch-hitter, signed for $1.375 million in 2023, earned three minor-league promotions during the 2026 campaign to reach Double-A Akron.
