GOALS are coming from everywhere for Wrexham women this season - and Lili Jones has been highlighting those attacking connections.
Lili Jones has praised the on-pitch attacking connections forming within the Wrexham women's squad amid their prolific goal-scoring form this season. Wrexham have scored 47 goals across their first nine league games, averaging over five per match, with multiple players sharing the scoring load. Jones scored her fourth goal of the campaign from long range during a 4-0 win against Briton Ferry Llansawel.
Defending Adran Premier champions Wrexham sit two points clear at the top of the table. Top scorer Katie Barker leads the team with 11 goals but is sidelined with an ACL injury, followed by Natasha Thomas with eight, Faye Knox with seven, and Maria Francis-Jones with six. The team now turns its attention to an Adran Trophy round-of-16 tie at Llanfair United.
