There is plenty to discuss - England's fortunes, Smith's ambitions, Henry Pollock's elaborate haircuts. But first, a reality check. 'I've got your GCSE PE fitness test here,' says Smith's old headmaster.

England fly-half Fin Smith revealed he briefly lost confidence and fell out of love with rugby following the British & Irish Lions tour. Speaking during a visit to his former school, Warwick School, ahead of England's Nations Championship match against Australia, the 24-year-old discussed overcoming that mindset as he prepares to lead Steve Borthwick's side into their autumn campaign.
Smith credited England legend Jonny Wilkinson with mentoring him on kicking and the mental side of the game. Having overcome a calf injury, the Northampton playmaker outlined his primary goals for the season, including winning another club title and retaining England's number 10 jersey for the upcoming World Cup.
