Chelsea have an important situation to resolve in their defence, with one key player understood to be attracting interest from the likes of Liverpool and Barcelona. That player is Levi Colwill, with Chelsea hoping to tie the England international down…
Liverpool and Barcelona are showing strong transfer interest in Chelsea defender Levi Colwill. Although Chelsea want to keep the 23-year-old England international and plan to offer him a new contract in the New Year, sources indicate that a bid in the region of £65m to £75m could tempt the London club into a permanent sale.
Barcelona have internally discussed launching a potential bid as early as January, while Chelsea view contract negotiations as a top priority to secure his future. If Colwill departs, Chelsea are reportedly monitoring Como's Jacobo Ramon and AC Milan's Koni De Winter as potential replacements.
