Liverpool could dip into the market for a new left-back in January with Milos Kerkez struggling at Anfield…

Liverpool are reportedly plotting a potential permanent move for Brentford left-back El Hadji Malick Diouf, with discussions citing a fee between £41.7 million and £50 million. The Reds are exploring alternatives ahead of the January transfer window due to Milos Kerkez's recent struggles for form under manager Andoni Iraola.
Diouf joined Brentford from West Ham in August for £40 million but has started just one Premier League match under Keith Andrews. Chelsea, managed by Xabi Alonso, are also credited with an interest in the 21-year-old defender, whose contract runs until 2031.
