Playing with Nikola Jokic can make it much easier to get good looks from three, as Peyton Watson and Tim Hardaway Jr. are finding out.

David Decker of Nugg Love argues that former Denver Nuggets players Peyton Watson and Tim Hardaway Jr. are struggling after departing Nikola Jokic's side. Both players enjoyed career-best three-point shooting seasons alongside Jokic in Denver, but their efficiency from beyond the arc has dropped significantly with their new teams early in the season.
Hardaway, who signed a one-year, $6.5 million contract with the Miami Heat, is averaging 5.1 points and shooting a career-low 28.6% from three-point range across his first nine games. Meanwhile, Watson signed a four-year, $88 million contract with the Cleveland Cavaliers following a trade, but has shot just 17.9% from deep over his first seven appearances.
