Jay Stansfield was speaking after firing Birmingham City to the top of the Championship table…
Jay Stansfield stated that Birmingham City's goal is to remain in first place after his two goals earned the Blues a 2-1 victory over Swansea City. The striker scored an 87th-minute winner at St Andrew's to lift Birmingham above Middlesbrough to the Championship summit heading into the international break.
Stansfield called the result a massive win and emphasized that the team must focus on winning every match. Birmingham City have won six of their last seven games, with Stansfield noting that the squad intends to use the two-week break to improve further.
