Cleveland Browns cornerback Tyson Campbell received the team’s largest fine following its 27-6 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Cleveland Browns cornerback Tyson Campbell received a $23,882 fine from the NFL for unnecessary roughness involving use of the helmet during a 27-6 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers on November 1. The fine stemmed from a tackle on Steelers receiver Germie Bernard late in the second quarter, an unpenalized play on which Campbell was briefly injured.
Campbell subsequently returned in the third quarter to finish with five tackles and a forced fumble, and he avoided the injury report ahead of the next game against the Saints. Cleveland players accumulated $42,184 in total fines from the defeat, with running back Quinshon Judkins and defensive end Sam Williams also penalized for taunting.
