The Atlanta Hawks secured their fourth consecutive victory by rallying past the Brooklyn Nets behind the return of forward Jalen Johnson. Returning from an ankle sprain suffered on Halloween, Johnson recorded 30 points, seven rebounds, and six assists while shooting 64 percent from the field. Atlanta overcame a 17-point first-quarter deficit and 70 first-half points allowed to complete the comeback.
Adjusting their defense after Brooklyn made nine first-half 3-pointers, the Hawks generated 28 points off 22 Nets turnovers and scored 70 points in the paint. Atlanta outscored Brooklyn by 14 points in the fourth quarter, sealed by a game-ending 10-0 run.
