Fans theorize that different, female Dana White was supposed to be offered White House job by President Trump

Fans and social media accounts have theorized that President Donald Trump intended to offer the White House press secretary role to former Pentagon spokesperson Dana W. White rather than UFC CEO Dana White. President Trump announced the offer to the UFC boss on Truth Social following the rapid departure of former press secretary Katie Zacharia.

UFC CEO Dana White is traveling to Washington, D.C., to meet with President Trump on Wednesday to discuss the unexpected offer. Meanwhile, rumors circulating online suggest that a recommendation for Dana W. White, an experienced political communications specialist, may have been confused with the prominent mixed martial arts executive.
