Former Celtic striker Kelechi Iheanacho scored his 18th goal in 15 games across club and country since departing Scotland for Turkey in July. The forward netted Bursaspor's opening goal from an Amine Boutrah cutback during a 1-1 away draw against Antalyaspor, rebounding immediately after failing to score in just one match.
Iheanacho joined second-tier Bursaspor despite Celtic manager Martin O'Neill wanting him to stay. Bursaspor currently sit atop the league table, pursuing automatic promotion to the top flight for the first time since 2019, while bigger Turkish clubs are reportedly tracking the striker.
