Como defender Jacobo Ramon's form has impressed Manchester United, who are the most persistent club in the race for his services.

Manchester United are reportedly the most persistent Premier League club pursuing a permanent summer transfer for Como defender Jacobo Ramon. The 21-year-old Spanish center-back scored against United during Como's 4-1 Champions League victory, further attracting interest from Premier League sides Chelsea and Liverpool amid United's ongoing defensive struggles.
Ramon will not leave the Serie A club in January as he focuses on his development under manager Cesc Fabregas. However, former club Real Madrid retain 50 percent of his rights and hold a reported buy-back clause worth around €10 million.
