Ryan Garcia carries the speed and left hook to hurt Terence Crawford, but his brief peekaboo experiment against Conor Benn would give Crawford numerous targets. Ryan stopped Benn inside two

Former boxer JoJo Diaz has warned that Ryan Garcia's brief use of a crouching peekaboo defensive guard could be exploited by Terence Crawford. Garcia recently used the stance during his second-round stoppage victory over Conor Benn. Diaz noted that while Garcia possesses the speed and power to hurt Crawford, the defensive posture would present too many openings for an elite counterpuncher.
Analysts suggest that Crawford's reach advantage and switch-hitting ability would allow him to target Garcia's body and exploit the vision loss caused by the tight guard. Crawford's tactical versatility, including lateral movement and clinch control, is expected to neutralize Garcia's signature left hook if the two fighters meet in the ring.
