“Everyone is different”: Harry Kane plays down Yamal’s Ballon d’Or statements

FC Bayern striker Harry Kane has played down recent comments made by Lamine Yamal concerning the Ballon d'Or. Speaking to Sky Sports after reaching his 100th Bundesliga goal, the England captain stated that he prefers focusing on his own performances rather than discussing individual awards, while noting that everyone has their own opinion on the subject.

Kane also praised the 19-year-old Spaniard as an incredible player alongside other candidates such as Kylian Mbappe, Michael Olise, and Rodri. The comments followed Bayern's 7-0 victory over Union Berlin, during which Kane scored a brace to become the fastest player to reach 100 Bundesliga goals in 98 appearances.
