Fabio Wardley has promised Oleksandr Usyk that he is working on his jab, but throwing more left hands will not stop Daniel Dubois from closing

Fabio Wardley has promised Oleksandr Usyk that he is working on improving his jab ahead of his upcoming rematch against Daniel Dubois. The heavyweight bout is scheduled to take place on October 17 at London's O2 Arena. Wardley acknowledged Usyk's advice to use his jab more, stating that adjustments are being made in training.
Analysts suggest that Wardley must address defensive issues, such as his upright posture and lack of head movement, which allowed Dubois to land heavy jabs in their previous encounter. Wardley, who holds a record of 20-1-1, previously found success against Dubois using unconventional angles and a looping right hand.
