Golden State Warriors veteran Draymond Green has defended Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo following critical comments from former NBA champion Channing Frye. Speaking on "The Draymond Green Show," Green strongly rejected Frye's description of Antetokounmpo as a "seven-foot running back," calling the statement dumb and pathetic.
Green argued that Antetokounmpo's ability to drive rim-to-rim, finish in the paint, and defend at an elite level represents an incredible skill set. He also criticized Frye for comparing Antetokounmpo's style of play to Philadelphia 76ers star Joel Embiid to diminish the Greek superstar's legacy.
