UK fight fans may well recall, upon heading into their grudge fight, Nigel Benn and Chris Eubank doing a co-appearance on The Jonathan Ross Show. Joining them, via a cable

Former two-time WBA super-middleweight champion Byron Mitchell has shared his analysis of a hypothetical matchup between boxing legends James Toney and Nigel Benn. Despite a memorable joint television appearance in the 1990s alongside Chris Eubank, a fight between Toney and Benn never materialized during their professional careers.
Mitchell believes Toney would have outskilled Benn to secure a clear decision victory at either middleweight or super-middleweight. While praising Benn's immense heart shown in his historic bout against Gerald McClellan, Mitchell noted that Toney's superior skills would have been the deciding factor. Mitchell also reflected on his own career, including his famous clash with Joe Calzaghe.
