Barcelona captain Raphinha scored a perfect hat-trick to secure a 3-1 victory over Sevilla at the Ramon Sanchez-Pizjuan, keeping Barcelona perfect in La Liga. After Sevilla took an early lead, the Brazilian forward responded with three goals to reach double figures for the season. Lamine Yamal assisted Raphinha's second goal of the match.
With his hat-trick, Raphinha became only the third player in the 21st century to score 10 or more goals in his team's first seven La Liga matches, joining Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo. Additionally, Lamine Yamal became the youngest La Liga player since at least 2013-14 to reach 50 goal assists, breaking the previous record held by Vinicius Junior.
