Man City players had dressing room message after Sunderland win – ‘we know’

Manchester City moved three points clear at the top of the Premier League following a 5-3 victory over Sunderland. The win marked the team's seventh consecutive victory across all competitions under manager Enzo Maresca. In the dressing room after the match, the squad emphasized that their strong early run is only the beginning and agreed that there remains significant room for tactical and on-pitch improvement.

City forward Semenyo confirmed the dressing room sentiment, noting that the squad remains focused and intends to avoid complacency despite the positive start. The result heads City into a three-week international break ahead of upcoming tests against Liverpool at Anfield and Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.
